Pelican Landing offers a variety of lifestyles to meet seniors at different stages in the aging process.
This 55 and older community can support residents who have little to assisted living services. As care needs change, they are able to transition in the same apartment to assisted living services if deemed appropriate by our Clinical Nursing Supervisor. If residents need a secure neighborhood we also have a dedicated Memory Care neighborhood set aside for around-the-clock care. Our care team will work with your physician, pharmacy, and professional therapy staff to ensure your care needs are being met.
Pelican Landing is a secure campus, with many amenities and services.
To provide the best level of oversight, a Registered Nurse will perform a comprehensive assessment to determine the care needs for each resident. Care services available are designed to help residents remain as independent as possible in an apartment they can make their own, while still receiving the support they need.
