Born and raised in Detroit Lakes, MN, I’m proud to serve the community that shaped me. As a licensed occupational therapist, I’m passionate about helping individuals of all ages overcome challenges and achieve greater independence in their daily lives.

I provide care not only to residents at Pelican Landing but also to members of the general public. Whether you're managing a new diagnosis, recovering from injury, or seeking support for chronic conditions, I’m here to help with personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I’m certified in LSVT-BIG, a specialized therapy designed to help individuals with Parkinson’s Disease improve movement and control. This evidence-based approach is customized to each person, making it effective across all stages of the condition.
